You may now check online that your product arrived at Leupold, when the service began and was completed, and obtain a UPS tracking number. Sign up on the My Info page for instant access.

Leupold Product Service
If your Leupold product fails to perform in any way, please contact a Leupold Product Specialist within our Technical Service department to determine if the problem can be solved without sending the product to Leupold.

Many times, the problem can be solved without sending the scope to us. Leupold Technical Service will assist you with the problem in the best and most efficient manner.

If we do need you to send the product in for service, see the instructions below:

Please follow these steps when sending any product to Leupold Product Service:
1) Remove mounting rings, covers, and all other accessories from the product.

2) Record the serial number of the product and keep it where you can find it if needed.

3) Include a note with the product indicating the reason the product is being sent.

4) Make certain that your name, address, phone number, and e-mail (if applicable) are included in the note.

5) If possible, ship the product in its original packaging, as this is the safest method.

6) Be sure to wrap the package securely and use filament strapping tape on the outside.

7) If possible, ship by a traceable parcel service. Please insure the shipment against loss.

Please add an additional $15.00 shipping & handling for domestic orders and $25.00 for international.

International Product Service
For customers residing outside the U.S.A., please refer to these important international product service instructions before shipping your Leupold product:

We are required under U.S. law to obtain an export license to ship riflescopes overseas. This requirement includes new product sales and product returned for service. Dealers, distributors, and consumers should review the following before returning a riflescope to the factory:

PLEASE RETURN RIFLESCOPES FOR SERVICE TO THE PRODUCT SERVICE FACILITY LOCATED IN YOUR COUNTRY. SEE OUR CORPORATE PAGE FOR LOCATIONS. IF A PRODUCT SERVICE FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY, PLEASE NOTE REQUIREMENTS (LISTED BELOW) BEFORE SENDING A LEUPOLD RIFLESCOPE TO THE FACTORY.

Import/Export Licensing Requirements:

A. Customers located in the following countries may return riflescopes to the product service facility in their country or the Leupold factory WITHOUT import/export licensing requirements:

AUSTRALIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, ICELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, NEW CALEDONIA, PORTUGAL, SCOTLAND, SPAIN, TURKEY, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

B. Customers located in the following countries MUST obtain an IMPORT CERTIFICATE issued by the MINISTRY OF DEFENSE in their country before returning a riflescope to the factory:

ANTIGUA, BARBUDA, ARGENTINA, THE BAHAMAS, BARBADOS, BELIZE, BOLIVIA , BRAZIL, CHILE, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, DOMINICA , DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, GRENADA, GUATEMALA, GUYANA, HAITI, HONDURAS, JAMAICA, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU, ST. KITTS, NEVIS, ST. LUCIA, ST. VINCENT, GRENADINES, SURINAME, TRINIDAD, TOBAGO, URUGUAY, VENEZUELA

C. Canadian customers should return riflescopes to the product service facility in Canada. If shipping to the U.S. factory instead, please contact:

D. Customers located in any countries NOT listed in paragraphs A, B, or C should return riflescopes to the product service facility located in their country (see our Corporate page for a complete list of product service centers). If a product service facility is not available in their country, the riflescope should be returned to the factory. Leupold is required to obtain an export license to return the riflescope.

No matter where you choose to have your Leupold product serviced, you can be assured that the same high standards of quality will be upheld that have been established by our Beaverton, Oregon, U.S.A. manufacturing facility.

If any Leupold Golden Ring product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace it. FREE. Even if you are not the original owner. No warranty card is needed. No time limit applies.

There is only one way to void the Leupold Full Lifetime Guarantee: unfortunately, we cannot honor the guarantee of scopes that have been disassembled, modified, or worked on by anyone not authorized by Leupold. The Leupold Mark 4® CQ/T™ (Certified) Special Military and
Law Enforcement Five Year Warranty

Certain Leupold scopes are put through additional ASQ testing to allow them to be sold with Certificates of Compliance. These scopes are intended for use only by military and select law enforcement personnel in the course of their duties, which are assumed to encompass extremes of both usage and environment. In accordance with this, the Leupold Full Lifetime Guarantee on these products is hereby modified to become the Leupold Special Military and Law Enforcement Five Year Warranty and is limited to a duration of five years.

The Wind River Limited Lifetime Warranty
Wind River® non-electronic products are warranted for as long as you own them. We warrant them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and to function satisfactorily under normal use conditions. All Wind River products are completely waterproof; however, all quality optics, if submerged, should always be retrieved as quickly as possible.

If at any time a Wind River non-electronic product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Leupold will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge, when requested by the original owner.

The warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, or misuse. It is given solely to the original owner and is not transferable. To activate the warranty, register the product online at www.windriveroptics.com or complete the enclosed warranty card and mail as addressed.

This is considered a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and should not be confused with the Leupold Full Lifetime Guarantee, which covers Leupold Golden Ring products.

The Wind River Two Year Limited Warranty
Wind River® electronic products are warranted for two years. We warrant them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and to function satisfactorily under normal use conditions. All Wind River products are completely waterproof; however, all quality optics, if submerged, should always be retrieved as quickly as possible.

If at any time during the warranty period a Wind River electronic product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Leupold will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge, when requested by the original owner.

The warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, or misuse. It is given solely to the original owner and is not transferable. To activate the warranty, register the product online at www.windriveroptics.com or complete the enclosed warranty card and mail as addressed.
